ANGEL'S MGM STUDIOS PAGE !!

MGM Studios was totally awesome. We started the day off watching the live stunts on the set of the Indiana Jones Epic. It was very real and they even picked people from the audience to join in the fun. I did not raise my hand, had to take the videos so couldn't do it all! The kids loved the action, and the real fire that was hot even up in the stands where we sat. We loved the Muppets 4D adventure, it was absolutely hilarious, and even had those two guys who sit in the Muppet Theatre heckling the Muppets on TV, they were there too! Deenie and Brian went on the Tower of Terror (twice), which they loved, but Chris and I couldn't stomach it so we went to the Beauty and the Beast Musical, that was lovely! I think the kids loved the Star Tours the best, we even met Chubacka and an Ewok before we went in. It was a real thrill ride, kinda made my tummy sick though. The Studios Backlot Tour was great, we went through Catastophe Canyon, and I got it all on Video, it was way cool. And lastly was the Toy Story Parade. It had all the characters from one of our favorite Disney Movies the Toy Story, Woody and Buzz and the Dinasaur and the whole gang. They close down MGM at 3:00 every day just for the parade, and we got lucky, picked up our lunch and found the perfect spot on the stairs in front of one of the rides, they just opened it up to sit on when we were walking by! The kids loved the parade and so did Deenie and I. This was my first trip to MGM and I wasn't sure what to expect, but I have to admit, Disney does nothing in a small way, the stunts were spectacular, the 3D was awesome, and the whole park was really fun. They had a big dinasaur that greets you when you come in the park, in a lagoon, who breathes smoke, it was pretty funny, but a very pleasant atmosphere, and we all had a blast there. Unfortunately we ran out of time and missed seeing the 101 Dalmations, and the Huntchback of Notre Dame...but don't worry we are ready to go again, and next time we will do it all!!!!

Let's head out of Disney and off to Universal Studios...
