WELCOME TO ANGEL'S DISNEY PAGE !!

We took the most awesome trip to Orlando (1977) and just HAVE to share it with you!!! We had an absolute blast. My friend Deenie and her son Brian came along to share the Magic with us. Saturday was really crowded in the Magic Kingdom, but we did manage to stay for the shimmering, glimmering musical Spectra Magic Parade. It was worth the wait! You have to pick a spot early, about an hour and a half before the parade starts, and plant your party on the sidewalk on the Main Street in Magic Kingdom. The floats were full of lights and beautiful music. We saw all the Disney characters come to life before our eyes. From Mickey Mouse to Fantasia to the Three Little Pigs! What a sight, and not one to be missed for sure!

This year is Disney's 25th Anniversary and they are celebrating it all year (1997) As a matter of fact they transformed Cinderella's castle into a colossal anniversary cake, I have it on Video, but I guess I didn't get any still pictures of it! You can see what it looks like in Mickey's Crystal Ball at the top of the page. You can take a Trolley Car or a Horse and Trolley down through Main Street and it will take you to the Castle, then you can choose which land you want to visit. We took both rides, on two different days, the kids loves it, and it was easier than fighting the crowds on Main Street. Tomorrowland was our favorite land, the scariest of all was the ALIEN encounter, where you journey through the ages with the new Timekeeper and rocket though the stars on the new Astro Orbiter. Some other good rides were the Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, the Haunted Mansion, and the Pirates of the Caribbean (which broke when we got there boo hoo) We saw lots of Disney Characters, and they were all so sweet to the kids!!!
